Put in
a name for the new account

(example: lisa
This email address would be for lisa@useyourdomainnamezs.com)
(replace with your name or whatever you want to use)

use these settings in outlook for user name/account name and password

while you're in the control panel
Please be sure to click on the default mail link in the control panel
to set up your default email.
Default e-mail is any mail sent to any name at
your domain name that is not addressed to a specific pop box.

Set up a new account using the wizard

Put anything for the first screen like
your name

Put your email address that you want to use in the next screen

Your incoming or POP3 account is your mail.domain name
example: mail.useyourdomainnamezs.com
(replace with your domain name)

Use your ISP's SMTP setting for outgoing mail.
(this does not mean that you can not send email from your site-it just means that you need to use your ISP's settings for SMTP)
Please call them and ask them for their SMTP (outgoing mail information.)

If AOL is your ISP,
Please email us for their SMTP settings BestWebHost@BestWebHost.com



Your POP account user name and password is the name and password that you specify in your control panel
Do not check log on using secure password unless you are very experienced

On this server-different versions of outlook/windows
require the entire address as the user name for any email except for the main one
So
if you can't get a pop box to work with just the pop box name in Outlook
please use the entire email address for the incoming mail server account name
example
If the pop box is named test
Then the incoming mail server account name
would either be
test
or
test@useyourdomainnamez.com



use anything for friendly name


choose the appropriate choice for your dial up set up on your computer.
If in doubt-choose-I will establish my internet connection manually


On the next screen click finish

You are now ready to use pop email
